Terms and Conditions

1. No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item
received is damaged.
2. Damaged Items: You are eligible for a return if you receive a damaged item. To
process this, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement: The unboxing video must be clear and unedited,
starting from the opening of the package to the point where the damage is visible.
4. Return Request: To request a return for a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, along with the unboxing video as proof of damage. Once
your video is reviewed and the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions for
returning the item.
5. Refund: Upon receiving the returned damaged item, we will process your refund.
